Belated but nonetheless big congratulations to Steph on completing the Bob Graham round over the Jubilee Weekend. Her report is attached, which makes great reading. For those of you who don’t know, the Bob Graham round is a Lakeland fell challenge – a 74 mile circular route starting from Keswick that takes in 42 peaks with an ascent of approximately 28,500ft. The challenge is to complete it in under 24 hours – no mean undertaking. Steph completed the round in 23hrs 32mins – 7 minutes quicker than Bob Graham himself who set the challenge in 1932!
