8th MayRun up though the dene to Intake then up fields to Yarridge road, out to woods then down to Hexham.
15th MayHill efforts on the Sele, then circuits of the park including steps
22nd MayMeet at Twice Brewed for roman wall fell race route. Drink/meal in pub after.
29th May Run out on Corbridge Rd to layby and up steep hill into woods, run around Dukeshouse woods, then down to Hexham
5th JuneTempo Run Tyne green Trail and return via golf course.
12th JuneLonger run up to lowgate and down off road to warden, home along tyne green.
19th JuneHill repeats on highford lane , run along bridleway to causey hill then through woods to intake.
26th JuneRun to St john lee then up to Acomb and back to Oakwood. Efforts on the hills.
3rd JulyRun out to Dilston and return though Dukeshouse woods
10th JulyLonger run up to Fawcett Hill and back via oakwood.
17th JulyTyne green then up Spittal lane to Leazes lane and circuit of small woods at top, return via Allendale rd.
24th JulyLonger run to Acomb , then up through caravan park , return via Oakwood.
31st JulyTempo running tyne green trail.
7th AugustSt john Lee triangle, alternating fast and slow legs.
14th augustLonger run up to Yarridge road , down to Dipton mill , then home via woods and fields.
21st AugustRun up via Fellside into woods then down to Dilston , then return Corbridge road.
28th AugustRun up to the Rat at Anick (repeats?)then through woods and up to Sandhoe , back down to Oakwood.
